What personal data we collect
When you use this website, enquire with us, create an account, place an order or download media, we may collect your name, email address, billing details, order details, account login details, download records, customer messages, technical information such as IP address and browser/device details, and payment status information.
We do not store full card numbers on this website. Card payments are handled by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.
Why we use your data
We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and services, process orders, deliver digital downloads, manage customer accounts, prevent fraud or misuse, keep the website secure, meet legal/accounting obligations and improve our services.
Lawful basis
We usually process customer, order and account data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps before entering into a contract. We may also process some information for our legitimate interests, such as website security, customer support and service improvement. Some records are kept because we have legal obligations, for example tax and accounting requirements.
Accounts and passwords
If you create an account, WordPress stores your password as a one-way hash. We cannot see your password. If you forget it, you should use the password reset process rather than asking us to retrieve it.
Media downloads
For purchased media, we store order records and download activity so that you can access your images from your account and so we can manage download limits, support requests and fraud prevention. Download links may be time-limited and regenerated from your account or order page.
Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and deliver services, including hosting and storage providers such as AWS, payment providers such as Stripe, email providers such as Microsoft 365, and website software including WordPress and WooCommerce. Where video or social content is embedded, providers such as YouTube or Google may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Account and order records are kept while needed to provide downloads, customer support and meet legal/accounting obligations. We periodically review data and remove information we no longer need.
